These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the myMoney — Smart Budget mobile application ("App") operated by Selah Records LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a personal finance tool designed to help you track expenses, income, and budgets. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality.
To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
The App offers a free tier and a Premium subscription with additional features.
Premium Subscription: $4.99/month or $39.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Selah Records LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the App. We process this data according to our Privacy Policy. You may export your data to CSV at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide financial advice. Any budgeting or financial insights shown in the App are for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selah Records LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
